Returns

Please choose your order carefully before placing your order.

Due to hygiene reasons I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase that has been used/worn/tried on, and do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or jewellery sets.

Please ensure you read the product details properly, noting the dimensions (which can vary by 2cm) and colours. Please note that colours may vary between computer screens. I will ensure that all items listed are described as accurately as possible.

Please also note that items purchased in the Sale are non refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds & exchanges (if applicable)

If your purchased item arrives damaged, please contact me at Liztaylorbridal@hotmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product with photographs that clearly show the damage.

Returns shipping

To return your product, please email me at Liztaylorbridal@hotmail.com to organise a shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If I am able to observe the fault I will email you to discuss the refund/exchange options.
